Principal Product Manager, Experimentation Platform

📋 Description

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Upstart’s experimentation platform, balancing
• Collaborate with Machine Learning, Analytics, and Engineering to build shared experimentation
• Create common abstractions and guardrails to reduce fragmentation and improve experimentation
• Establish a center of excellence for experimentation by defining standards and enabling teams to
• Partner with Growth, Servicing, Capital, and broader organization to understand needs and drive
• Guide Upstart’s approach to experimentation technology and vendor partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or
• Experience owning strategy and roadmaps for technically complex software, platform, infrastructure
• Experience partnering with engineering, data science, ML, or Analytics teams on technical
• Experience applying quantitative methods (statistics, experimentation, analytics, data science) to
• Experience developing platforms that support ML or AI workflows, including deployment, measurement
