Supply Chain Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead supply chain planning and execution for assigned programs through product lifecycle.
• Develop material, sourcing, and supplier readiness plans aligned with schedules.
• Act as primary liaison between Supply Chain and Program Management.
• Monitor material availability, PO status, supplier performance, and lead times.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to protect milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Manufacturing on NPI, design changes, prototype builds, and ramp-up.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in supply chain, procurement, materials, or program management.
• Experience with complex products/programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making.
• ERP/MRP knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel periodically as needed.
