Accounts Payable Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay: invoice processing, vendor payments, disbursements, reconciliations.
• Develop and coach Accounts Payable Specialists for growth.
• Strengthen controls across POs, approvals, payments, expenses, cards.
• Oversee employee expense reimbursements and vendor relations.
• Drive AI adoption to reduce manual work and scale AP.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Accounts Payable or related financial ops.
• Experience leading accounting teams and supporting growth.
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar).
• Experience with EDI tools/integrations for invoices/purchase/payments.
• Strong AP knowledge, controls, and compliance.
• Analytical, problem-solving with focus on accuracy and improvement.
