📋 Description

• As an Behavior Technician, work with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that affect daily life
• Communicate progress with the supervising clinical team

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years of age
• Personal transportation with a reliable vehicle
• Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback
• Willingness to complete RBT training requirements (if not certified)
• Interest in behavioral health and working as a behavioral health technician
