Cultivation Agent - Veg/Prop

📋 Description

• Perform daily plant care activities (watering, pruning, health checks) across growth stages.
• Transplant plants into new containers/media; ensure healthy root development.
• Regularly prune and train plants; maintain canopy and light exposure.
• Monitor room conditions (temp, humidity, CO2); report discrepancies.
• Harvesting support: cut, buck, and prep plants for drying; handle materials properly.
• Maintain clean, organized work environment; adhere to SOPs and timelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail; good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs; work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cultivation practices and technologies.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) with standard shift times.
