📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations: quoting, invoicing, reconciliation, receivables tracking
• Review invoices against order forms, investigate discrepancies, coordinate with sales and customers.
• Handle inquiries on invoices, billing issues, payment status; own the collections process.
• Support revenue reporting by reviewing SQL outputs for accuracy.
• Manage and optimize QuickBooks Online and Stripe; drive automation and workflow improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies with AR and Revenue Operations focus.
• End-to-end revenue cycle experience from quote to cash.
• Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Stripe; ability to review SQL outputs for
• Strong reconciliation, problem-solving, and ability to challenge discrepancies with customers or
