Functional Consultant & Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation journey for native-AI-powered ERP automation products
• Translate complex requirements into scalable, tailored solutions
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate with existing systems
• Be the client’s trusted partner and ensure adoption of BLP’s automation
• Work with sales to design implementation plans aligned with customer needs
• Capture feedback to drive long-term product improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, Engineering, CS or equivalent
• 2+ years in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project mgmt
• Excellent project management and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluent German & English, comfortable presenting to clients
• ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS experience a plus
