Staff Engineer, Platform & Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Own and scale the cloud infrastructure supporting the platform, including compute, networking, and
• Lead BYOC and private-cloud deployments, including provisioning, upgrades, and observability.
• Build and improve Infrastructure as Code and GitOps foundations for fast, reliable delivery.
• Establish reliability with SLOs, monitoring, and incident-management practices.
• Lead evolution of data infra (PostgreSQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, ClickHouse) as usage scales.
• Drive security and compliance initiatives (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, pen tests, reviews).

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in platform engineering, infra, DevOps, SRE or related with prod-scale experience.
• Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience in production; good judgment on when to use it.
• Experience in BYOC, on-premises, air-gapped or single-tenant environments.
• AWS expertise; GCP/Azure a plus.
• Advanced Terraform proficiency with modular, secure multi-account setups.
• PostgreSQL expertise: performance, migrations, replication, reliability.
