- Embed within one or more product development teams, delivering data products and analyses that move
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Finance across product development
- Own prioritization and ROI assessment of Data Science opportunities within Growth.
- Translate complex findings into narratives for leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to analytical foundations within Growth with definitions, guidelines, and self-serve
- Mentor and learn from other Data Scientists across the company.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience as a Data Scientist embedded with or supporting a product development team.
- Exceptional communication skills to distill quantitative work into actionable insights.
- Graduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field, or
- Strong command of SQL, Python or R, AI tools, and data/analytics engineering ecosystems.
- Fluency with standard machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
🎁 Benefits
- Salary Range: $182,800 – $247,300 USD plus equity.
