• Work with merchants from startups to established institutions
• Complete in-depth credit reviews throughout merchant lifecycle
• Investigate and triage escalations across channels with timely responses
• Own operational processes for credit reviews and risk escalations with documentation
• Identify risk factors and trends; report to wider risk team
• Utilize analytics to optimize portfolio strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in commercial credit
• 1+ years leading risk-related projects with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience using data to propose creative solutions to tactical and strategic problems
• Creativity, a team-focused mentality, and effective problem solving skills
• The ability and desire to question the status quo
• The ability to approach challenges from a user perspective while being pragmatic and solutions
