📋 Description

• Ownership role handling customer outcomes within a strategic account
• Embed onsite, ship and iterate on Axon stack in production environments
• Lead end-to-end deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing success
• Work closely with agency leadership and operational stakeholders
• Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and integrations on site
• Iterate in the field until adoption sticks and patterns are reusable

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles, program management, or complex deployments
• Proven builder of automations, agents, workflows, or AI-enabled tools in customer environments
• Experience configuring products, writing integration logic, and delivering production-ready
• Comfort across hardware, software, cloud, AI-enabled tech, and integrated systems
• Strong communication with technical teams and senior stakeholders
• Full ownership mentality in fast-changing environments; able to navigate competing priorities
