📋 Description

• Partner with VP Product Engineering on strategic execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and programmes.
• Translate leadership priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Prepare executive communications and board materials.
• Track risks, dependencies, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and ops.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Chief of Staff, Consulting, PMO or Operations.
• Strong executive communication and planning skills.
• Experience building dashboards and KPIs.
• Ability to influence without formal authority.
• Excellent English written and verbal skills.
• Background in SaaS or technology is a plus.
