Product Specialist - Gen AI (Sr. Specialist Solutions Architect)

📋 Description

• Serve as technical bridge between Product Management and EMEA Field Engineering/Sales.
• Lead Gen AI enablement and best practices for Databricks platform.
• Advise on Gen AI use-cases, RL and deployment in enterprise contexts.
• Collaborate with accounts on challenging Gen AI use-cases and translate research to production AI
• Drive adoption of Gen AI features and influence product strategy in EMEA.
• Provide leadership in Gen AI architecture discussions with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• Production-grade Generative AI/Deep Learning design for enterprise.
• Hands-on with LLMs, Transformer architectures, PyTorch, multi-GPU training.
• Experience with post-training methods: SFT, RLHF/RLAIF, PPO/GRPO.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and unblock implementations.
• Strong Python, SQL, Spark, cloud platforms, and Lakehouse experience; strong communication.
• Pre-sales experience and excellent written/spoken communication.
