Youth Retention Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain supportive relationships with assigned youth participants.
• Monitor attendance, engagement, and progress toward program goals.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with participants.
• Identify individuals at risk of dropping out and implement intervention plans.
• Develop retention strategies that promote participant success and program completion.
• Maintain regular communication with participants through phone calls, text, email, and in-person

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, Education, Workforce Development
• 2+ years of experience with youth, workforce development, education, social services, or case
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate diverse populations; trauma-informed care knowledge helpful.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management/databases.
