Application Support Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide technical knowledge for implementing and maintaining business and laboratory software.
• Support applications, including 21 CFR Part 11 regulated systems.
• Attend training to stay current with assigned applications.
• Collaborate with providers and outside consultants to support applications.
• Assist in training staff on laboratory applications usage.
• Install, configure, unit test, and maintain application software and data collection devices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with two years of relevant experience, or 6
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
