• Evaluate AI coding interactions end-to-end
• Assess usefulness and correctness of outputs
• Judge engineering judgment and trust in results
• Provide direct, opinionated feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Staff / Principal-level engineer experience
• Strong TS/JS background
• Hands-on with OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Cursor
• Experience evaluating AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to judge quality without full code review
• Clear, opinionated communication
