Engineering Manager, Web Infrastructure

📋 Description

• Lead the Web Infrastructure team to evolve Notion clients, improving speed, reliability, and
• Set strategy, develop senior engineers and managers, and partner across Notion to deliver value to
• Collaborate on engineering practices, recruiting and onboarding strategy, and planning processes.
• Work in person on Anchor Days (Mon/Tue/Thu) and contribute to cross-team initiatives.
