CNC Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain and repair assets to keep operation
• Preventative and corrective maintenance on CNCs: 5-axis, mill-turns, lathes
• Troubleshoot/control electrical systems: PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, I/O, sensors
• Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems: actuators, valves, pumps, filters
• Repair mechanical systems: ball screws, linear rails, guideways, gearboxes
• Drive forklifts and company vehicles

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 1+ years hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair/maintenance
• Experience with CNC controls: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenheimer, Allen Bradley
