Sr Staff Data Scientist, New Verticals

📋 Description

• Build and maintain core data models (dbt/Snowflake) powering reporting, experiments, and ML/credit
• Analyze consumer bill payment behavior, timing, delinquency, and credit-building outcomes to
• Partner with Product and Engineering to instrument new features (bill splitting, smart scheduling
• Design and analyze experiments to test pricing, credit terms, and product flows with causal links
• Create dashboards and self-serve tools for Product, Risk, and GTM teams to track metrics without
• Champion data quality, consistent terminology, and documentation as the data footprint scales

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of analytics engineering and data science/analyst experience
• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake (or equivalent modern data stack)
• Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Mode, Looker, etc.) and building dashboards for
• Track record designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests or quasi-experimental methods) to drive
• Comfort partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong ownership mindset
