Internship Event Project Manager - German speaker (based in Madrid)

📋 Description

• Assist Fever Originals project manager with daily tasks
• Support pre-production logistics, vendor selection, staff planning
• Help with timelines, budgeting, venue research and bookings
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and partners
• Handle administrative duties: expense reports, invoicing, contracts
• Travel when required and contribute to on-site event execution

🎯 Requirements

• Strong fluency in German and English
• Experience in event production is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized
• Understanding of technical production needs
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
• Willingness to travel and start Sep/Oct 2026
