📋 Description

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling curation per guidelines to support store experience
• Lead trend awareness, competitor insights, and coach store team on presentation
• Align workload with activation plan and collaborate with Store Management and Area Visual Manager
• Launch campaigns and sales activities on time per Brand Standards
• Maintain garment care, stock levels, and support allocation input
• Ensure effective visual and commercial execution to reach sales targets

• Curious, creative, proactive, with strong communication across teams
• Fashion interest with leadership and visual/brand execution experience
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, and operational best practices
• Ability to analyze selling data and weekly sales reports
• Ability to coach and develop store teams on visual standards
