📋 Description

• Own sourcing and procurement across Facility Management and Construction
• Drive supplier selection, negotiations, framework agreements, and contract implementation
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and contractual compliance
• Act as FM Category Manager and drive category performance
• Ensure FM service delivery across the retail portfolio
• Monitor portfolio condition and support CAPEX/OPEX planning

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years in Facility Management, Procurement, Construction, Real Estate or related field
• Strong sourcing and supplier management experience
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in Swedish and English
• Proactive, structured, data-driven, and collaborative mindset
• Experience with energy efficiency initiatives and lifecycle planning is a plus
