📋 Description

• Prepare operations from approved procedures, traveller and drawings; confirm documentation matches
• Verify hardware: part/serial numbers, quantity, cleanliness, protections and consumables.
• Prepare tools, torque equipment, MGSE, lifting equipment and integration stands.
• Assemble and install satellite structures, panels, brackets, equipment and thermal hardware to
• Integrate subsystems and verify fit, alignment and interfaces on each step.
• Route and connect flight harnesses; perform electrical verification of harnesses.

🎯 Requirements

• Vocational or technical qualification in mechanical/electrical/electronics/mechatronics or related
• Hands-on assembly, integration or test of complex electromechanical hardware; ~2+ years for
• Precision mechanical assembly and thermal hardware installation to drawings/torque specs.
• Harness work: crimping, soldering, shielding, connector mating and routing.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and wiring diagrams; electrical verification
• Understanding of cleanroom, contamination control and ESD; strong documentation discipline.
