NOC Engineer

📋 Description

• Resolve technical network issues across Megaport products and services
• Perform remote troubleshooting to fix network problems
• Plan and implement network changes with Megaport Engineering and partners
• Provide advanced technical solutions and escalate as needed
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to root-cause analysis
• Coordinate with Level 3 engineers for escalations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in IT/Networking or related field
• 5+ years in network support or infrastructure (ISP/cloud/datacentre)
• CCNA or JNCIA (or equivalent) certification
• Strong knowledge of MPLS, OSPF, BGP and advanced routing
• Deep understanding of IP, VLANs, MAC, switching, routing, optical networking
• Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, OpenGear or similar
