Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Lead management reporting, financial control, budgeting, settlements, and cash-flow planning.
• Oversee P&L, balance sheet, forecast accuracy, and profitability analysis across entities and
• Drive automation of reporting and scalable financial workflows with data teammates.
• Partner with Data, Development, and Treasury to turn complex financial data into insights.
• Manage multi-entity finances, currencies, and intercompany operations.
• Build and scale the Finance function to support growth across markets.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance, including at least 3 years leading a finance team.
• Background in fintech/payments, acquiring, EMI, banking, crypto payments, or high-volume
• Experience moving from manual reporting to automated data pipelines and reporting.
• Strong P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and planning experience; solid metric definition.
• Knowledge of payment flows, fees, refunds, FX, and settlements; experience with reconciliations.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to work with Data Analysts and Engineers.
