BAS Support Specialist

📋 Description

• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, service coordination, and admin management for
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries related to building automation and controls.
• Assist with system navigation, questions, and basic troubleshooting; document interactions and
• Coordinate scheduling between customers, field personnel, and subcontractors; monitor open work
• Support data organization, reporting, and documentation in line with company procedures.
• Collaborate with controls technicians and account representatives to improve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum two years in HVAC, controls, facilities maintenance, or
• Strong computer skills across multiple software platforms; excellent verbal/written communication.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; customer-focused.
