• Build Radiant's ESG function from scratch, including carbon methodology, certifications, and
• Conduct analysis and write disclosures in early stages, not just policy setting.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sustainability, ESG or carbon strategy roles, ideally in infrastructure, real estate
• Ability to write clearly for an investor or lender audience.
• Comfort performing technical carbon/certification work yourself, not just setting direction for a
• Familiarity with EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres; Radiant not EU-based but relevant.
• Nice to have: experience with BREEAM and/or LEED, green financing or sustainability-linked loans
