• Chamber is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support partner implementations and ongoing
• Coordinate work across contracting, launch, and post-launch support to keep internal teams and
• Manage day-to-day client workflows, communications, and project tasks to support payer partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of client-facing operations, partner implementation, or account management in healthcare.
• Strong project management with milestone tracking and risk management.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
