Head of Finance

📋 Description

• Senior leadership role to build and run a modern Finance function.
• Own management reporting, control, budgeting, settlements, cash-flow planning, and process
• Partner with Data, Development, Treasury, and exec team to turn financial data into insights.
• Automate reporting and scalable financial workflows to replace manual processes.
• Oversee finance across multiple entities, currencies, products, merchants, and payments.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Finance with at least 3 years leading a team.
• Fintech/payments/PSP/EMI or high-volume transactional background.
• Experience automating finance processes and moving from Excel to automation.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, intercompany operations.
• Strong P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, and forecasting experience.
• Ability to define metrics and profitability analysis by product/channel.
