Business Analyst – Data Sensitivity & VDI Migration

📋 Description

• Partner with business groups to inventory systems, data usage, and endpoints
• Assess data sensitivity across units, processes, and workflows
• Analyze data flows across systems to support risk assessments
• Identify high-risk data/storage practices for migration to VDI or secure solutions
• Document current and future data storage and access models
• Develop migration roadmaps and change management considerations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IS, Business Admin, or related
• 5–7+ years as a Business Analyst in data governance or IT infra
• Experience in multi-platform enterprise environments
• Familiarity with VDI (Citrix, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop)
• Strong stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering
• Ability to translate findings into executive-ready docs
