📋 Description
- Coordinate the master production plan within the site and follow-on activities
- Ensure production scheduling adherence to optimize plan, efficiency and predictability
- Act as main contact with supply chain partners and support monthly S&OP
- Lead daily/weekly schedule reviews and communicate changes with stakeholders
- Prepare weekly/monthly production plan considering demands and lead times
- Drive MPS lock discussions and analyze variances for site financial reporting
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelors in Business Admin, Sciences or Engineering; MBA desirable
- 5 years in Materials Management: MPS, Inventory Control, PAC, MRPI
- Experience with computerized inventory systems; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical/problem-solving with forecasting and capacity planning
- SAP experience required
