• Lead Finance Transformation change initiatives that drive mindset and behavior change, reinforcing
• Partner with senior leaders to model and reinforce desired cultural attributes and ways of working.
• Work with SMEs to translate transformation objectives into clear behavioral expectations and

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or process adoption
• Proven ability to drive behavior change and embed new ways of working in complex, cross-functional
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture, alignment, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ACMP), with ability to apply
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
• Experience designing and measuring adoption and culture-related success metrics.
