📋 Description
- Analyze asbestos samples using polarized light microscopy
- Validate and review data; upload to LIMS and report to clients
- Schedule workload according to due dates and hold times
- Operate job-specific lab equipment with discretion and judgment
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, Geology, or related science
- 2-3 years in lab work involving asbestos or microscopy preferred
- Environmental methodologies; regulatory requirements; analytical lab techniques
- Strong computer, spreadsheets, and database skills; good communication
- Ability to work independently and in a team; fast-paced environment
