📋 Description

• Lead facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment, and systems
• Drive improvements to KPIs: Order Picking Time, Order Dwell Time, Drive Time, Order Defect Rate
• Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard work
• Manage budgeted productivity, labor, and expenses to meet financial targets
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations for the warehouse
• Develop action plans to improve performance, safety, culture, and financial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in fast-paced environment leading blended W2/1099 teams
• Experience in retail/grocery/military/restaurant or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Conflict resolution and team development skills
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Google Suite
