Senior Analyst, Transformation

📋 Description

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term
• Lead the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions.
• Partner with leaders to identify opportunities, define future-state solutions, and translate
• Recommend project design, priorities, resources, vendors, and implementation approaches to the
• Define scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, success measures, and governance.
• Lead internal stakeholders, external vendors, and contracted teams while maintaining accountability

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in strategy consulting, transformation, corporate finance, or similar
• Track record of owning workstreams within large cross-functional programs; SaaS and/or payments
• Project management: structure and drive complex initiatives with multiple moving parts.
• Financial modelling: build and interrogate models to support decisions.
• Change management: help organizations adopt new ways of working.
• Stakeholder management: influence and align across all levels of the organization.
