📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan for patients
• Make home visits to clients in the Williamsburg to Hampton, VA area
• Administer medications, wound care, and treatments
• Monitor client conditions and report changes
• Document orders and client assessments accurately
• Coordinate case management and care services

🎯 Requirements

• VA Registered Nurse license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Home care experience preferred
• Graduate from accredited nursing program
• Ability to work independently and manage time
• Strong interpersonal and EMR skills
