Pricing and Corporate Actions Analyst

📋 Description

• Oversee lifecycle of corporate actions for GMO funds
• Coordinate with internal/external parties for timely processing
• Support pricing functions with valuations across assets
• Interact with investment teams, treasury, legal and compliance
• Improve processes within the Pricing and Corporate Actions group
• Ensure securities reflect corporate actions accurately

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant college degree or commensurate experience
• 2-4 years corporate actions experience
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
