📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate reliable backend systems for money movement, verification
• Lead complex initiatives from discovery through production release and monitoring.
• Partner with product, operations, finance, compliance, and stakeholders to align user needs with

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with backend focus and technical ownership.
• 2+ years in fintech/payments/regulated domains.
• Proven experience running production systems with reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Ability to independently deliver complex projects with measurable impact.
• Strong Python expertise; solid backend, APIs, data modeling, distributed systems.
• Strong SQL; experience with PostgreSQL.
