Quality Control Lead

📋 Description

• Quality checks at all touchpoints in the warehouse (inbound, storage, production, outbound).
• Review study data and ensure attention to detail and problem-solving in QC processes.
• Lead inbound quality inspections and documentation; verify quality and shelf-life of products in
• Escalate food safety or quality issues to QC Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain records and databases for product quality, inspections, and audits.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with refrigerated environments (around 36 degrees).
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to overtime/weekends when needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to train new team members.
