Job Description
📋 Description
- Lead cross-functional programs to improve AA Tech employee experience
- Partner with leaders across HR, Communications, Talent Mgmt, Risk & Compliance, and Eng
- Use feedback, surveys, focus groups to translate insights into programs
- Oversee Non-FTE processes with Total Talent teams (recruiting, onboarding, offboarding)
- Maintain governance for Confluence, SharePoint, and internal tools
- Define KPIs and track program outcomes for engagement and ops
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years in end-to-end program mgmt, 4+ in people ops/employee experience or L&D
- Strong execution, change mgmt, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders in a fast-paced env
- Self-starter who can drive from strategy to execution
