📋 Description

• Supervise and oversee all employees at assigned programs.
• Coordinate and ensure services to individuals are delivered.
• Fill direct service shifts across programs.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, mentoring, and guidance while ensuring safety and growth of

🎯 Requirements

• Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served).
• Comfortable driving to transport persons served as required.
• Some positions may require own vehicle and auto liability insurance.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High school diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Two-year degree in related social services and/or two years of supervisory experience preferred.
