Senior Backend Software Engineer (Java/Node.JS)

📋 Description

• Backend and microservice development for REST APIs in Java/Spring and Node.js
• Cloud-native, containerized environment on AWS with Kubernetes/EKS
• Work across Java and JavaScript codebases with ownership from issue to resolution
• Collaborate with engineers, tech leads, and product managers across teams
• Full-time remote position with salary range $80k–$100k

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Java experience with Spring/Spring Boot
• Experience designing REST APIs and backend microservices
• Familiarity with asynchronous, reactive, or functional programming
• Node.js backend experience with Express.js or similar
• Strong AWS experience, containers, Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Terraform/IaC and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
