Senior Manager, Data Center Commissioning

📋 Description

• Lead commissioning on Radiant's live projects, travelling to sites as needed.
• Build the handover-to-Operations playbook on the fly.
• Own the end-to-end period between build completion and go-live.
• Develop and scale a pooled commissioning team as project count grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on commissioning experience on data centre or mission-critical infra through energisation.
• Willingness to travel between live sites on short notice.
• Ability to create a commissioning methodology from experience.
• Self-driven, hands-on approach with focus on practical problem solving.
• Experience across Level 1 to Level 5 commissioning is a plus.
