📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Support shipments, receiving, and floor replenishment to ensure product flow
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess business needs and guest experience
• Assist in daily operations to keep store clean, safe, inviting and efficient
• Collaborate with store leadership to address process or system gaps

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Willingness to work during peak season and blackout periods
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
