CutOver Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end cutover lifecycle from strategy through go-live and post-cutover review.
• Coordinate cutover activities across business, application, infrastructure, DevOps, QA, operations
• Lead cutover planning sessions, readiness reviews, and Go/No-Go decisions.
• Monitor cutover execution in real time and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Coordinate post-deployment Hypercare and Early Life Support activities.
• Maintain Cutover Strategy, Cutover Plan, Runbook, Readiness Checklist, and related deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Cutover Management, Release Management, production deployment, or large-scale
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid technical background with hands-on experience as Software
• Good understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, deployment processes, integrations, and operational
• Ability to coordinate complex activities across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience defining readiness criteria, Go/No-Go processes, and coordinating deployment decisions.
