📋 Description
- Lead lean transformation initiatives and streamline production processes for lean vehicle
- Collaborate with shop floor teams to tackle production challenges in fast-paced environments.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to hit production targets.
- Develop staffing benchmarks and optimize layouts using data-backed CAD analyses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and realize measurable results.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years in production/manufacturing engineering in an operational setting
- Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for layouts
- Experience building and interpreting production metrics and SPC tools
- Strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams
