📋 Description
- Lead Finance Transformation change strategy and governance.
- Oversee adoption, training, and capability building across teams.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, tech, and vendors to drive outcomes.
- Develop change plans with stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
- Drive multi-channel communication and executive alignment.
- Measure adoption, engagement, and continuous improvement.
🎯 Requirements
- 10-15+ years in change management or enterprise transformation.
- Experience with ERP, M&A, operating model redesign, digital transforms.
- Influence senior leaders without formal authority.
- Build and scale change capabilities and centers of excellence.
- Expertise in Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey models.
- Strong PM discipline; PMP a plus; experience in global matrixes.
