Manufacturing Supervisor I (Sunday to Wednesday, 4:00pm - 2:30am)

📋 Description

• Lead safe operations aligned with safety, regulatory and operational requirements
• Deliver high levels of customer service and ensure product quality
• Achieve desired financial performance including cost reductions
• Build a culture of high performance for the team
• Drive safety improvements and promote a zero-incident safety culture
• Coordinate shift activities to meet the production schedule and ensure a smooth handover

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; science or engineering preferred
• Two years manufacturing or related experience; supervisor experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Working knowledge of safety, quality systems and cGMPs
• Experience in aseptic production desirable
