Assistant Store Manager (full-time) - Canteen and Sponsorships

📋 Description

• Assist GM in day-to-day store ops to meet KPI targets
• Lead and motivate team on selling and customer service
• Oversee Canteen floor and act as Manager on Duty
• Collaborate with merchandising and sponsorship teams to optimize demos and sponsorships

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to work one weekend day/week (ideally both)
• Full-time role ~40 hours/week
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Retail/customer service experience preferred (child-care, education, performing arts background
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in United States
