Cold Chain Distribution Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead logistics workstream for pharma product introductions
• Establish logistics network with 3PL, distributors, wholesalers
• Define end-to-end processes incl. inventory, order flow, EDI/IT
• Manage day-to-day with 3PLs and distributors
• Develop project infrastructure (Smartsheet, Box, artifacts)
• Deliver launch plans with timelines and risk mitigation

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years ops process in pharma distribution
• Independent, proactive, highly organized
• Strong communication, leadership presence
• Fluent English; travel up to 25%
• 5+ years BU-facing pharma/supply chain exp
• Experience with cross-functional global teams
